Integrations

Pikorua Security connects directly with your construction management, ERP and property management systems.

A verdict is only useful where money and access move. Pikorua Security writes compliance status into the system your team already pays from, and holds the invoice, the payable or the badge until the certificate and its endorsements pass.

Trigger simulator

One verdict, every connected system.

Pick a compliance event and switch systems on or off. The stream shows what Pikorua Security writes to Procore and Brivo within seconds, what it queues for Yardi Voyager's next import, and the timestamps your audit log keeps.

Holds follow your rules, not ours. A missing CG 20 37 can hold a pay app while leaving the gate open; an expired policy can do both. See how rules are built on the Risk Transfer Engine page.

Pikorua Security sits at the center. Construction management (Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud), property management (Yardi Voyager, AppFolio), jobsite access (Brivo, myComply) and ERP and staffing systems (Viewpoint Vista, Bullhorn) connect to it. Vendor and contract records flow in; compliance status, payment holds and access changes flow out.

    Architecture

One rules engine in the middle. Your systems of record around it.

Connectors are thin on purpose. Every compliance decision happens once, inside Pikorua Security, against your contract exhibit. Each connector only translates that decision into the partner system's own fields.
    Flows in
Vendors and companies, projects and properties, commitments, invoices and payables, workers and access groups. Matched to Pikorua Security vendors by tax ID, legal name and your vendor codes.
    Flows out
Compliance status, expiration dates by coverage line, hold flags with a reason, credential suspensions and a deep link to the verified packet.
    Never touches
Invoice amounts, retainage, bank and remittance details, payroll, tenant ledgers and approvals. Your AP team still releases payments.

The same verdict means different things in different systems. Here is what Pikorua Security touches in each category.

Construction Management. Commitments, subcontract invoices and the vendor directory, held or released by compliance status.

Property Management & Accounting. Vendor records and payables for every property, with insurance expirations kept current.

Staffing & ERP. Client and placement records so you never start a worker under a lapsed policy.

Jobsite Access & Safety. Badges, credentials and gate groups that follow the vendor's compliance status.

    API security

Least privilege on both sides of every connection.

The Pikorua Security API and every connector run on OAuth 2.0 with scoped tokens, encrypted credentials and a complete audit trail.
    Visit the trust center

OAuth 2.0 with scopes you tick, one by one

Every API client and connector gets only the scopes an Admin grants. Access tokens last 60 minutes, refresh tokens rotate on every use, and a connector that only needs to read vendors can never place a hold. On the partner side, Pikorua Security asks for the narrowest permission set the system offers and tells you exactly which one during setup.

    FAQ

Integration questions from AP, IT and risk.

Still deciding? Email partners@pikoruasecurity.com with the systems you run and we will map the fields with you.

Which Pikorua Security plan includes each integration?
Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, RedTeam, Yardi Voyager, AppFolio, RealPage, MRI Software, Buildium, Entrata and Bullhorn connectors are included on Professional ($699 per month billed annually). ERP and jobsite access connectors (CMiC, Viewpoint Vista, Foundation, Prophix, TempWorks, myComply, Openpath and Brivo) are part of Enterprise, which starts at $1,400 per month. Starter customers can export vendor compliance status as CSV at any time.
Does Pikorua Security change invoice amounts or vendor banking details?
No. Connectors write compliance fields only: insurance status, expiration dates, a hold flag or hold reason, and a note that links to the Pikorua Security record. Pikorua Security never edits invoice amounts, retainage, remittance addresses or bank details, and it never approves a payment. Releasing a hold returns the item to your normal approval workflow.
What happens if a connection breaks or a token expires?
Holds already placed stay in place. Pikorua Security retries failed writes with backoff, queues outbound changes for up to 72 hours, and alerts your Admin by email and in the app. When someone re-authorizes the connection, queued writes replay in order and each one appears in the audit log.
    How long does setup take?
OAuth connectors such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bullhorn and Brivo usually go live in 30 to 60 minutes, most of it spent mapping vendors and choosing which events place holds. ERP connectors that run on scheduled file exchange or customer-hosted APIs, such as Foundation, Viewpoint Vista or CMiC, take a few hours and usually involve your ERP administrator.
Can we connect a system that is not on this list?
Yes. The Pikorua Security REST API uses OAuth 2.0 client credentials with scoped access, and signed webhooks fire on every verdict, expiration and renewal. Enterprise customers can also have our integrations team, led by Nisha Varghese, scope a custom connector.
Who decides whether a vendor is compliant?
You do. Pikorua Security is software: it reads certificates and endorsement pages and checks them against the insurance requirements in your contracts. It is not an insurance agency or broker, does not sell or bind coverage, and does not provide legal advice. A certificate of insurance confers no rights on its own, which is why the rules check the endorsements behind it.
