Staffing & ERP integration
TempWorks COI compliance integration
Keep customer and vendor insurance verified inside TempWorks before an assignment starts. Pikorua Security reads customers, job orders, assignments and vendors through the TempWorks API, verifies the certificates your agreements require, and writes compliance status into customer custom data with the verified certificate attached as a customer document, so branch staff see it in Enterprise and Beyond.

5 steps, done by your TempWorks administrator and a Pikorua Security Admin together. Nothing to install on your servers.
- 1
Create the API client
Your TempWorks administrator issues API credentials for Pikorua Security using a service credential, so no individual's login is shared.

Add COI status and COI expiration custom data on customers, and pick a document type for verified certificates.
- 3
Match customers and vendors
Pikorua Security imports customers and vendors and proposes matches to existing counterparties.
- 4
Assign requirements
Map requirement templates by customer type or by individual customer agreement.
- 5
Set the polling interval
Choose how often Pikorua Security checks for new assignments, typically every five minutes during branch hours.
Enterprise, Beyond and one compliance status
TempWorks Software, based in Bloomington, Minnesota, runs staffing back offices on two products: Enterprise, the desktop application, and Beyond, the browser-based ATS and CRM. A record added in one appears in the other. That makes the customer record the natural place for insurance status, because branch staff in Beyond and payroll and billing staff in Enterprise all see it.
Pikorua Security writes there through the TempWorks API, which authenticates with OAuth 2.0 and covers customers, assignments, employees, job orders, contacts and vendors. The verified certificate lands as a customer document, so nobody has to ask the risk team for a copy.
Polling, not webhooks
The TempWorks API does not send outbound events when assignments change, so Pikorua Security polls for new and changed assignments on an interval you set. Five minutes is typical during branch hours; an overnight run picks up anything entered late. Each poll is a read. Writes happen only when a verdict changes.
For agencies that run Bullhorn on the front office and TempWorks on the back office, Pikorua Security keeps one verdict per client and writes it to both systems.
