Payment & Access Gates
No compliance, no payment, no jobsite access.
Pikorua Security writes each vendor's insurance status into the systems that pay them and the systems that let their crews through the gate. A deficiency holds the invoice; a lapse suspends the badge; a verified fix releases both on its own.

The hold lives where the accountant already works.
Pick a system and a certificate status. The record shows exactly what Pikorua Security writes: the compliance flag, the reason in plain words, and the hold your own payment rules enforce.

Turnstile and badge integration
The gate knows before the crew arrives.
Pikorua Security sends company-level compliance to myComply, Openpath and Brivo. A lapsed policy invalidates every credential tied to that company; a verified renewal restores them. Nobody at the gate has to read a certificate.

Release rules and overrides
Strict by default. Flexible with a paper trail.
- 01
Release on verification
The moment a replacement verifies, holds lift and credentials return. No ticket to the accountant, no call to the superintendent.
- 02
Choose the hold scope
Hold one commitment, every commitment on the project, or the vendor across the portfolio. Property managers can scope by asset.
- 03
Cure windows for deficiencies
A missing endorsement can keep site access for a set number of days while the broker fixes it. An expired policy cannot.
- 04
Overrides need a second person
A project manager can request; only a Risk Manager or Admin can approve, for at most 7 days, with the reason logged.
Overrides
Requested by J. Alvarez, Project Manager
