Common questions
I am a subcontractor or broker who received a Pikorua Security notice. Who do I contact?
Reply to the notice or use the upload link in it. The notice lists the exact form or limit the certificate holder requires. Questions about the requirement itself go to the company that sent the notice, since they set the contract terms. For help with the upload page, call our toll-free support line.
Can Pikorua Security tell me whether my coverage is adequate?
No. Pikorua Security is software that checks documents against the requirements a customer sets. We do not give legal or insurance advice, and we are not an insurance agency or broker. Your insurance broker or counsel can advise on coverage.
How do I report a security vulnerability?
Email security@pikoruasecurity.com with a description, impact and steps to reproduce. We acknowledge reports within one business day and keep you updated until the fix ships. Please do not access customer data or degrade the service while testing.
Where do I send a data subject request?
Email privacy@pikoruasecurity.com. Our data protection officer can be reached at dpo@pikoruasecurity.com. We respond within the timelines set by the applicable law.
